U.S. Commercial Building Inspections (USCBI) of Southern California offers certified virtual remote video inspections anywhere in the United States and the world.
We provide virtual and remote building inspections, for commercial property owners and managers so they can now have their properties inspected without the need for an inspector to physically visit the site.
They can be conducted from anywhere in the world.
This is particularly useful for international investors or property owners who may not be able to travel to the property for an inspection.
The inspection is done using cellphone video technology and other digital tools.
They are often conducted in real-time, with the inspector communicating with the building owner or manager through special video conferencing software.
Building owners and managers can save time and money by not having to wait for an inspector to physically visit the site.
Many local, state, and national governments have taken advantage of these technologies in order to keep people safe during the COVID pandemic and to save time and reduce costs.
Smartphones and tablets are equipped with features that enable real-time online communication of videos and photos.
By leveraging advanced tools and technologies in conjunction with the power of these handheld devices, it is now possible for our certified commercial inspectors to monitor construction activities from anywhere, whether nearby or miles away.
This is made possible through the use of Remote Virtual Inspection (RVI), which allows construction projects to proceed unencumbered and ensures that the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) can continue to provide essential services necessary for the construction of safe buildings.
This allows for greater flexibility and convenience, as well as faster turnaround times.
